This is a MRI T2 weighted Sagital View of the rearfoot and ankle. I can see increase soft tissue signal intensity at the Talar head and proximal-posterior subtalar joint. There is a mild retrocalcaneal exostosis at the Achilles insertion, and a significant plantar calcaneal spur at the plantar fascia attachment, with increase soft tissue signal intensity with suspicion of inflammation.
My impression is retrocalcaneal exostosis at the Achilles attachment and plantar fasciitis at the calcaneal spur.
